Your data

The short version, in plain language. The full policy below governs.

• You own your data.The recordings your crews make, the reports built from them, and the PDFs that go out belong to your company — not to us.
• We analyze your projects for you. We may run analytics across your own projects — delay totals, trends, report quality — and show the results to you. That stays inside your company.
• Cross-customer benchmarks are off. We do not compare or combine your data with another company’s unless you explicitly opt in. Off is the default, and you can change your mind.
• We do not train public models on your audio. Your recordings, transcripts, and reports are not used to train public or shared AI models. That is not something an opt-in unlocks.
• You can take it with you. Export is available on request — reports, PDFs, photos, audio, and transcripts. Email hello@constructiondailyreport.ai and we will get it to you.
